What is a fitbit? And will it make a fantastic Christmas present?

With prices ranging from $79.95 to $399.95. They make a prefect Christmas gift for all levels of fitness or a gadget lover. 

For everyday fitness the Zip, One Alta Flex or Flex2 is recommended. These have all day activity. These do not have GPs to track your movements by location during the day. The prices range from $79.97 to $249.95(special edition Alta) 

For more active tracking the Blaze and Charge 2 are recommended. These have heart rate monitoring, sport modes and guided breathing. Prices range from $249.95 to $369.95 (Special edition Blaze) 

The Fitbit Surge is for full performance. This has a built in GPS, continuous heart rate monitor, music control and a touchscreen display. 

Fit bit also have a Body fat measuring scale that syncs with your device and onto your phone or PC, called the Aria $170 RRP. 

So if you have always wondered about what the different bands people are wearing on their wrists, it could be one of these FitBits or an alternative brand that does the same thing.
