Is your IT equipment ready for Christmas?

Not long now till Christmas and I’m sure everyone is flat out trying to get everything organised.  I bet no-one has really paid any attention to their poor old computers!  They really get a bashing this time of the year, with all the extra emails, googling and shopping online. You should consider giving your computer a Christmas present as well, maybe a quick service in the New Year to get it back on track.

You also have to remember to get things organised if you are taking your technology with you over Christmas. Remember early planning means a happy Christmas for you and your family!

Here is a check list of some of the important things you should be doing before Christmas:

  1. Is your Anti-virus software installed and up to date?

  1. Have you run your Windows updates?

  1. Are your Back-ups completed and stored safely?

  1. Are your adapters all ready to be packed?

  1. Have you checked your batteries are charged up?

  1. Do you have enough free space for all the photos, and video you will take with family?

  1. Do you have spare ink cartridges available?

Set your worries aside and give your local computer store a call now. Don’t let the simplest of things put a damper on your Christmas holidays.

The staff at iseek computing would like to thank everyone for their support throughout 2012 and look forward to providing you with more tips and tricks for your computer next year.  We wish you and your families a lovely Christmas and New Year!
